How it works: You reserve a Harrison Farm quarter beef today with a $300 non-refundable deposit. We reserve one of our premium angus steers for your family. Our butcher will process your beef and pack it in individual vacuum-sealed packages. Once your beef is ready, we'll contact you to coordinate fulfillment. Remainder of payment due prior to pick up: $875
A quarter beef includes: We offer two cut options you can choose from: the Farmer's or Rancher's selection. Both are approximately 105lbs of take-home premium beef.

Freezer Space: This quarter beef will require approx. 4-5 cubic ft. of freezer space.
Packaging: All cuts are individually vacuum sealed and labeled.
Pickup: We do not offer shipping for our bulk beef shares at this time. We raise your beef on our farm in Terrell, then our butcher will process your beef. Once it is ready, we'll contact you to coordinate fulfillment.
